About Our Products
Are all Willows Eats treats 100% natural?
Yes, absolutely. Every treat in every bag is 100% natural with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. What you see on the label is what goes in the bag — nothing more, nothing less.
Are the treats suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
Yes! Willows Eats treats are suitable for all dog breeds and sizes. However, as with any treat, we recommend supervising your dog while they enjoy them, particularly with smaller breeds and puppies.
Are the treats suitable for puppies?
Our treats are suitable for dogs over 4 months old. Always consult your vet if you have any concerns about introducing new treats to a young dog's diet.
What proteins do you offer?
We currently offer five bags, each built around a different natural protein — beef (Beefy Bag), poultry including chicken, duck and turkey (Birdy Bag), fish (Fishy Bag), rabbit and lamb (Hairy Bag), and pork (Porky Bag). Each bag is a mixed selection of treats from that protein group.
Are the treats grain free and gluten free?
The majority of our treats are grain free and gluten free. Please check the individual product pages for full ingredient and composition details for each treat within the bag.
Are the treats suitable for dogs with allergies?
Each bag focuses on a single protein group, which makes them a good option for dogs on rotation diets or with sensitivities to certain proteins. Always check the full ingredient list on the product page and consult your vet if your dog has known allergies before introducing new treats.
Where are the ingredients sourced?
All of our ingredients are UK/EU sourced. We're committed to quality and transparency — if you have a specific question about sourcing for a particular treat, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Do the treats contain any additives or preservatives?
No. All Willows Eats treats are free from artificial additives, preservatives and added colours. Some treats contain minimal additional ingredients such as glycerin or vitamins and minerals — full composition details are listed on each product page.
About the Bags
What's inside each bag?
Each bag contains a mixed selection of natural treats based around a single protein. Full ingredient lists, compositions and nutritional information for every item in each bag are listed on the individual product pages. You can also find this information on the back of each bag.
How many treats are in each bag?
Each bag contains a generous mixed selection of treats — the exact quantities vary by product type. Full contents are listed on each product page and on the packaging itself.
How should I store the treats?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the bag and consume within the recommended timeframe printed on the packaging for maximum freshness.
What is the shelf life of the treats?
Please refer to the best before date printed on the back of each bag. Once opened, we recommend consuming the treats within the timeframe stated on the packaging.
Bundles
How do the bundles work?
Our bundles let you pick any combination of bags at a discounted rate — the more bags you choose, the more you save. Simply select the bundle size you want (2, 3, 4 or all 5 bags), add it to your cart, and leave a note at checkout telling us which bags you'd like.
Can I mix and match bags in a bundle?
Yes! You can choose any combination of bags in your bundle. Simply leave a note at checkout with your choices and we'll pack your order accordingly.
What are the bundle prices?
Our bundle prices are as follows:
- 2 bags — £20.00 (saving £3.98 vs buying individually)
- 3 bags — £30.00 (saving £5.97 vs buying individually)
- 4 bags — £40.00 (saving £7.96 vs buying individually)
- 5 bags — £50.00 (saving £9.95 vs buying individually)
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched to the email address you used at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email where available.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch at sales@willowseats.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any bags that have been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety and quality of our treats for every dog. Unopened items in their original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt — please contact us before sending anything back.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at sales@willowseats.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll make it right.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
Please get in touch at sales@willowseats.com with your order number and details of what you received and we'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All Willows Eats bags are delivered in recyclable packaging. We're committed to doing our bit for the planet — because we love dogs, and dogs love the planet. ♻️
Are the bags resealable?
Yes, all of our bags are resealable so you can keep the treats fresh between use.
