Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We'll always show you the exact cost before you confirm your order.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch at sales@willowseats.com.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every Willows Eats purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any bags that have been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety and quality of our treats for every dog.

Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at sales@willowseats.com before sending any items back so we can arrange this for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@willowseats.com with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll always make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

What cannot be returned?

Any bags that have been opened — for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened products
Items returned outside of the 14-day return window
Items not in their original condition
